Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in program coordination or related roles.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills in fast‑paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and follow established processes.
• Experience handling sensitive information appropriately.

Responsibilities

• Meet with internal and external stakeholders to gather status updates.
• Record and prepare meeting minutes and action items.
• Maintain action item lists for each project.
• Provide management with analytical data from reports on task progression.
• Review engineering drawings for accuracy and develop procurement parts lists.
• Prepare and monitor spreadsheets for tracking material purchases.
• Assist in reports and submittals to customers.
• Assist in cost and schedule data analyses for proposals and projects.
• Track prototype and production status for assigned projects.
• Ensure projects follow internal processes and schedules.
