Alpen High Performance Products in Boston, MA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support our Commercial Division. This role coordinates projects from contract through production, delivery, and closeout—ensuring alignment between sales, technical teams, customers, and manufacturing.

The Project Coordinator plays a central role in maintaining project visibility, tracking progress, and ensuring that scope, schedule, and documentation remain aligned throughout the lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of experience in construction, manufacturing, or commercial project coordination.
• Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Experience with shop drawings, submittals, and construction documentation.
• Experience with Procore or similar construction management platforms preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate commercial projects from contract through closeout.
• Track milestones, schedules, and deliverables; maintain project visibility.
• Coordinate with internal technical teams on shop drawing development and interface with architectural teams.
• Manage submittals and track approval status; identify delays and communicate impacts.
• Reconcile shop drawings with order entry in Paradigm; ensure alignment of scope and contract value.
• Track production releases and coordinate with manufacturing; identify long-lead items.
• Manage project closeout documentation including warranties and as-builts.
• Track contracts, revisions and project documentation; coordinate changes with billing.
• Assist billing and schedules of values; coordinate submissions through Procore.
• Maintain project timelines; identify schedule impacts and track open issues.
• Coordinate deliveries to jobsite; track schedules and document issues.
• Maintain data in Excel and Salesforce; ensure consistency across systems.
