Job summary

Position Overview

Amos Manufacturing is seeking a Project Coordinator who is organized, proactive, and committed to delivering results. This position plays a key role in supporting customer projects from order placement through installation and startup while helping ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly.

The successful candidate will serve as a central point of coordination between customers, suppliers, distributors, integrators, and internal team members. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate customer projects from order receipt through completion and startup.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, distributors, and integration partners.
  • Manage purchasing activities, scheduling, logistics, and project documentation.
  • Track project milestones and proactively follow up on deliverables to ensure successful project execution.
  • Review orders, drawings, specifications, and project details for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate equipment installation and startup activities.
  • Resolve issues professionally while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and project information within company business systems.
  • Develop a working knowledge of company products, systems, and customer applications.
  • Support operational improvement initiatives and daily business activities.
  • Assist with customer visits, trade shows, and occasional business travel.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time and within scope.
