NV5 is seeking a Project Coordinator to support two Project Managers with onboarding tasks, PO management, and project setup. You will manage multiple projects, run weekly financial reports, collect documents, and assist with Avetta safety compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field preferred.
• Project Coordinating experience within engineering preferred.
• Passion for project performance.
• Ability to track and complete project work under accelerated schedules.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate projects for engineers and inspectors, starting at project set up until project closure.
• Manage projects in various client portals and internal NV5 portals.
• Keep track of documentation requirements and reports for Project Managers and Forensic Engineers.
• Audit Field deliverables for projects which you are assigned, and follow-up with team members to ensure completeness of deliverables.
• Maintain a high level of communication with assigned project teams and externally to the client.
• This includes written (project emails, meeting minutes, proposals) and verbal (documentation of conference calls) communication.
• Consistently work in cooperation with numerous individuals and project teams both in person and across the country by leveraging technology and project management tools for communication and coordination.
• Attend meetings for projects you have been assigned (internal and external) per the direction of the Project Manager.
• Ensure organization of folders and completeness of new site onboarding tasks in trackers and with accounting.
• Capable of facilitating client meetings with support from NV5 Project Managers.
• Send Forensic Engineer dispatches for scheduled work per direction of the Project Manager.
• Regularly disseminate information to team members on a timely basis.
• Track deliverables and advise appropriate team members of item status.
