Ivy League Institute is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide administrative support to a department and collaborate with supervisors and specialists. The role involves contacting municipalities, permits, scheduling work and equipment, assembling job packets, and tracking training and progress.
The ideal candidate will excel in communication, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities while meeting deadlines.
Project Coordinator
Provide administrative support to a department or individual. This person will be working closely with supervisors and specialists to, but not limited to, contacting municipalities, applying for permits, scheduling work and equipment, gathering and assembling job packets, making work orders, monitoring condition codes and closing jobs, monitoring and entering training as assigned and completed, and other duties as assigned (not to exceed 5% of duties).
Provides the project manager support and assistance in scheduling meetings, documentation, updating project documents, communication and training. Updates the project plan. Assists in information collection and validations. Helps prepare status reports and presentations. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required. Must have strong knowledge of MS Project, Visio, Excel, Word.
