Renuity is hiring a Project Coordinator in New Orleans, LA to support both Production and Sales, ensuring smooth projects from sale to installation. The role emphasizes organization, clear communication, and meticulous record-keeping in a dynamic home-renovation environment.

You’ll coordinate measurements, scheduling, and material orders, acting as the liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams while maintaining costs and documentation with accuracy.

Qualifications

• Experience in office support or project coordination is preferred.
• Prior work in construction or renovation projects is a big plus.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate bath renovation projects from scheduling to installation.
• Liaise with customers, vendors and internal teams for clear communication.
• Maintain accurate records, track costs, and manage job folders.
• Assist with reporting, issue resolution, and customer service support.
• Provide backup support for the Production Manager and collaborate across departments.
