Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project documents and maintaining project files.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Procore and DocuSign preferred.
• Experience with scheduling and logs.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Team in bid documentation prep.
• Set up new job profiles in Timberline and prepare subcontractor lists.
• Track insurance, contracts, bid bonds and performance bonds.
• Maintain Master Project Schedule and project logs; assist in change orders.
• Prepare Weekly Reports and assist with On Screen Takeoff drawings as needed.
• Interact with operations team and subcontractors; support document control.
