Job summary

Capital Electric is looking for a customer service professional to enter lighting and gear orders into Eclipse, expediting quotes and orders, and tracking shipped materials. You will follow up on RFIs/RFQs from vendors and customers, and create project submittals and O&M documents for customers.

The role requires strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused, organized, team-player approach in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF.
Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
Positive interaction with customers and vendor representatives is essential.
Fast paced customer service role requiring an organized, multi-tasking team player with good time management.

Responsibilities

Entering Lighting & Gear Orders into Eclipse.
Expediting quotes and orders.
Tracking shipped material.
Following up on RFIs and RFQs from vendors and customers on new and existing projects.
Creating Project Submittals and O&M documents for customers.
