Job summary

What you will be doing as a key player on our dynamic team:

• Build product knowledge and system proficiency through training, experience, and ongoing learning.
• Contribute to a consistent customer experience through accurate execution, clear communication, and reliable follow‑through.
• Maintain professional relationships that reflect the company’s mission, values, and commitment to customer success.

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations support, customer service, or a related execution‑focused role.
• Experience managing active work queues, orders, or customer requests in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Demonstrated experience coordinating across internal teams such as Sales, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse, or Operations.
• Experience working within structured processes, documenting work accurately, and escalating issues appropriately.
• Experience interacting directly with customers, vendors, or manufacturers to provide updates and resolve execution‑related questions.
• Background in electrical distribution, lighting, construction, facilities, or trade‑adjacent environments preferred.
