Capital Electric, a leading electrical distributor, is seeking a diligent customer service/order-entry professional in Charleston, SC. You will enter Lighting & Gear Orders into Eclipse, track shipments, and respond to RFIs/RFQs from vendors and customers to support project progress.

Ideal candidates have strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while delivering top-tier service to customers and teammates.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Adobe PDF files.
• Excellent verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
• Positive interaction with customers and vendor representatives is essential.
• Fast-paced customer service role requiring an organized team player with good time management.

Responsibilities

• Enter Lighting & Gear Orders into Eclipse.
• Expedite quotes and orders.
• Track shipped material.
• Follow up on RFIs and RFQs from vendors and customers.
• Create Project Submittals and O&M’s for customers.
