Responsibilities

• Phone calls and emails to solicit bids including heavy follow up to on potential bids.
• Keep job documents current and organized.
• Work alongside two other bid coordinators
• Provide bid and admin support to 4-5 project managers
• Record and track bid timelines using MS Excel
• Submit bids and continue to follow up on bid process
• Make follow up calls relating to bid process
• Enter and set up new bids and jobs
• Perform data entry
