Job summary

Burnett Staffing Specialists is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator in Northwest Houston to manage customer projects from handoff to completion. You will coordinate field installations, schedules, budgets, and documentation while serving as the primary point of contact for customers.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project coordination, strong communication skills, and experience with MS Office and project management tools.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

• Coordinate multiple customer projects and field installations at various locations
• Manage schedules, timelines, project documentation, budgets, and deliverables
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
• Coordinate internal teams, field resources, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track project progress and quickly address scheduling, scope, or service issues
• Lead project kickoff meetings and keep all parties informed throughout implementation
• Coordinate warranty and service needs with sales, engineering, and operations
• Support larger proposals and customer presentations as needed

What You MUST Have

• 3+ years of project coordination/project management experience involving field service, onsite installations, subcontractors, or similar project-based operations
• Experience managing multiple active projects, schedules, deadlines, and customer expectations simultaneously
• Strong customer-facing experience and professional communication skills
• Experience coordinating internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and/or subcontractors
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with project management software

Nice to Have

• Nice to Have Experience with cameras, computers, wireless technology, electronic systems, or other technical products
• Bachelor's degree PMP certification
