Job summary

Burnett Specialists Staffing | Recruiting in Houston is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage customer projects from handoff by sales through final completion. You’ll coordinate field installations, schedules, budgets, and deliverables while serving as the primary customer contact and aligning internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in project coordination, strong communication and organization, and experience with MS Office and project management software.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate multiple customer projects and field installations at various locations
• Manage schedules, timelines, project documentation, budgets, and deliverables
• Serve as a primary point of contact for customers throughout the project
• Coordinate internal teams, field resources, vendors, and subcontractors
• Track project progress and quickly address scheduling, scope, or service issues

What You MUST Have

• 3+ years of project coordination/project management experience involving field service, onsite installations, subcontractors, or similar project-based operations
• Experience managing multiple active projects, schedules, deadlines, and customer expectations simultaneously
• Strong customer-facing experience and professional communication skills
• Experience coordinating internal teams, field personnel, vendors, and/or subcontractors
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and experience with project management software

Nice to Have

• Experience with cameras, computers, wireless technology, electronic systems, or other technical products
• PMP certification
