We are always seeking skilled and adaptive people to become a part of KOA as we continue to grow and expand.About the RoleOur US and Canadian Teams are currently looking for junior and senior level Project Coordinators that will assist in the setup, planning, and execution of a diverse portfolio of projects. This role will support project management through each phase of the project lifecycle. This will include the use of planning tools to set up, coordinate, plan, manage resources, and organize project tasks for a diverse portfolio design related projects. Successful candidates will utilize their experience and expertise to interact with and provide solutions to a diverse clientele that includes multinational industry leaders. Depending on each candidates experience and background, the following outline will provide and brief synopsis of the requirements of this role:Collaborate with project teams and administrative staff to support project executionSupport project managers with the development and maintenance of integrated project planning, scheduling, and trackingAssist with the coordination of project setup, maintenance, and reporting within Deltek VantagepointCoordinate project and client documentation, including drawing numbers, equipment numbers, and document submissions through client document management systemsAssist the PMO to maintain and update internal procedures, standard practice memos, and process documentation to support consistent workflowsSupport compliance, quality assurance, and practice management initiativesProvide administrative support for office operations, including supply procurement, and process documentationAbout YouAssociate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.3+ years of experience in project administration, project controls, scheduling, document control, or related role.Experience supporting engineering, consulting, construction, or technical project environments preferred.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Teams, and Outlook.Experience with project management, scheduling, or ERP systems such as Deltek Vantagepoint, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project support.What We OfferAnnual base salary in the range of $55,000-$95,000 USD per year depending on experience and qualificationsComprehensive benefits package including Health, Dental, Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, Life Insurance, 401(k) with a company matchAdditional benefits include Paid Time Off and HolidaysProfessional Development and Growth OpportunitiesCollaborative Work EnvironmentJoin our team and embark on a rewarding journey of professional growth and fulfillment within a dynamic growing company.
