Qualifications

  • BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
  • 2+ years of mechanical/industrial design experience.
  • Experience with CAD software.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in preparing drawing packages including 3D modeling, detailed plans, and specifications related to a wide variety of engineering projects.
  • Analyze data and assist in developing engineering calculations for mechanical applications.
  • Participate in preparing proposals, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents for mechanical and multidiscipline engineering projects.
  • Participate in preparing detailed engineering reports and provide written and oral updates regarding the progress and completion of engineering projects.
  • Participate in the performance QA/QC reviews throughout the design development process for assigned projects as well as projects under development by others.
  • Assist in field surveys as required throughout the project life cycle.

About The Role

Our Minneapolis Team is currently looking for a Mechanical Engineer-in-Training that will develop a diverse portfolio of mechanical engineering projects with a focus on the design, construction, and maintenance of complex mechanical systems. The successful candidate will utilize their experience to provide solutions to a diverse clientele that includes multinational industry leaders. Your day to day will include:



  • Participate in preparing drawing packages including 3D modeling, detailed plans, and specifications related to a wide variety of engineering projects

  • Analyze data and assist in developing engineering calculations for mechanical applications

  • Participate in preparing proposals, specifications, cost estimates, and contract documents for mechanical and multidiscipline engineering projects

About You


  • BS in Mechanical Engineering

  • 2+ years of experience in Mechanical and/or Industrial engineering design

  • Experience with computer-aided design (CAD) software

  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail

  • Ability to collaborate with team members and clients in a multi-disciplined environment


What We Offer


  • Annual base salary in the range of $65,000 – $85,000 per year depending on experience and qualifications
