Job summary

Kustom is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers and Directors, ensuring efficient project execution and profitability. The role emphasizes accurate data, timely invoicing, payroll timecard checks in ADP, and proactive customer communication across restoration projects.

Ideal candidates excel in communication, multitasking, and process improvement, with experience in project systems and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Data Management and Documentation: Maintain the internal project management system and TPAs data, keeping organized records.
• Invoice Creation and Processing: Generate invoices with supporting documentation and review vendor invoices with production team.
• Timecard Verification: Verify timecards in ADP for payroll accuracy.
• Customer Relations and Education: Serve as primary contact for customers and educate on processes.
• Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule job walks, coordinate with stakeholders, and engage subcontractors as needed.
• Meeting Preparation and Support: Assist Project Directors with weekly production meetings and documentation.
• Payment Collection and Change Order Management: Collect payments and manage change orders and supplements.
• Change Order Management: Oversee documentation and approvals for project modifications.
