Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the Project Team by planning, coordinating, and tracking all aspects of assigned projects. You will help ensure smooth execution, maintain schedules, and support decisive decisions with strong organization and communication.

Responsibilities include project coordination, contract and documentation support, and preparing submittals from architectural drawings.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree/Trade School or related experience.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to plan multiple projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication; strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assists with creation of short and long-term goals and strategies.
• Manages all project communications and documentation for a well-documented project.
• Maintains project files with key milestones and status.
• Assists with review and markup of project contracts as required.
• Maintains relationships with vendors and customers.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
