Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking a Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and manage all facets of assigned projects from initiation to final payment. The role emphasizes hardware schedules, shop drawings, and contract requirements, focusing on quality, cost control, and on-time delivery while ensuring customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field, with PM experience in construction, doors, frames, or hardware.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Prior project management and technical experience in construction, doors, frames, or hardware industry preferred.
• Strong understanding of engineering principles, specifications, and industry standards.
• Experience with business development concepts is a plus.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and quality orientation.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant engineering/software tools.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and oversight of hardware schedules, ensuring alignment with project specs and contracts.
• Direct and review shop drawings for wood doors and hollow metal systems for accuracy.
• Oversee interpretation of architectural specifications related to doors, frames, and hardware.
• Provide input on budgets, billing, and cost control to support financial performance.
• Mentor and support Assistant Project Managers on projects.
