Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) seeks a detail-oriented Project Assistant to support day-to-day project operations, coordinating between internal teams, vendors, and customers to keep timelines on track and ensure accurate communication and quality results.

In this role, you’ll assist with submittals, change orders, and packing logs, while helping manage procurement and logistics. A strong organizational mindset and professional demeanor are essential to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer & Project coordination, including follow-ups on submittals and change orders.
• Procurement & vendor management, PO creation and tracking.
• Shipping & material logistics, packing slips and scheduling with shipping department.
• Support our values and perform other duties as assigned.
