Unified Door & Hardware Group (UDHG) is seeking a Project Assistant to support day-to-day project operations across internal teams, vendors, and customers. You will help keep timelines on track, manage communications, and assist with submittals, change orders, and schedules.

Responsibilities

• Customer & project coordination: follow up on submittals, change orders, samples, schedules and issues.
• Procurement & vendor management: create PO's and track deliveries; obtain vendor acknowledgments.
• Shipping & material logistics: prepare packing slips and coordinate with shipping/receiving.
