Job summary

Sky Mavis in Dallas, Texas is seeking a highly organized Project Coordinator to assist multi-disciplinary project teams throughout project delivery. In this role, you will manage documentation, coordinate meetings, and track workflows to ensure communication is organized and timely.

You will support daily coordination tasks and maintain project documentation, while also assisting with quality assurance processes and identifying opportunities for workflow improvements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or administrative roles.
• Working knowledge of design and construction processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management platforms.
