Job summary

Swanson Rink is seeking a project coordination/manager to lead assigned projects, direct client communication, and develop work plans using Swanson Rink processes.

The role requires at least 2 years of project coordination/management experience, a Bachelor's in Engineering or Architectural Engineering, ability to pass background checks, and U.S. work authorization; experience with Revit/AutoCAD and Newforma preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil) or Architectural Engineering is required.
• Minimum 2 years' project coordination/management experience preferred in related industries.
• Ability to pass background checks, security screenings, or drug testing as required.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct client communication and coordination on assigned projects.
• Establishing deliverable information, tracking, and providing day-of-deliverable support.
• Review deliverables for conformance with standards and maintain organized project documents.
• Create and execute project work plans and schedules, revising as needed.
• Monitor costs, budgets, invoices, and produce reports; convert Rev it/AutoCAD to production docs.
• Open Issue tracking and remediation.
• Manage project processes from setup through construction; contractor/sub-consultant agreements, agendas, and minutes.
• Oversee reporting development and RFI/Submittal remediation for overdue issues.
• Document control ownership: compile information, maintain directories, and system interfaces.
• Manage project support functions including certificates of insurance and client access.
