Responsibilities

• Direct client communication and coordination for assigned projects.
• Develop project deliverable information and track day-of-deliverable support.
• Review deliverables for conformance with standards and maintain organized documents.
• Create and execute project work plans and schedules using Swanson Rink processes.
• Monitor budgets and costs; prepare and review invoices and reporting.
• Open issue tracking and remediation; manage RFIs and submittals.
• Oversee document control and archiving; maintain Newforma data.
• Manage project setup and interfaces with client/contractor PM systems.
