Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to support residential, commercial, and industrial projects. The role involves coordinating project plans, tracking budgets, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining quality and client communications.

The candidate will work with project teams and management to meet project objectives. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 2+ years of relevant experience; experience with Deltek Vision is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2+ years of relevant project coordination experience.
• Experience dealing with private land development deadlines and expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the project plan and assist the Project Manager to determine timeframes, budgets, staffing, and project schedule.
• Assure work product by analyzing the design, client requirements, and performance standards.
• Monitor the project status.
• Collect, analyze, and summarize information and trends.
• Intervene, as needed, to assure project objectives.
• Maintain the project file by collecting and organizing project materials.
• Ensure product quality and Atwell reputation by following the Atwell Product Quality Manual and established standards.
