• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in project coordination/administration, site development, athletic facilities, playground construction, landscaping or safety surfacing industries preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high project volume.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with project tracking tools, spreadsheets, and standard office software.
• Comfortable working with technical documents such as drawings and submittals.
• Professional, proactive, and detail-oriented.
