Job summary

Perry Ellis International is seeking a Project Coordinator to serve as the central hub for intake, release readiness, process standardization, and training alignment. This accelerate-career role offers mentorship in Change Management and Business Analysis for an aspiring project or operations leader.

You will drive quality control, maintain documentation, and coordinate cross-project handoffs under the PMO, Training & Tech Adoption leadership.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in project support, operations, or coordination; CAPM or equivalent entry-level project management coursework is a plus, but not required.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, Drive) and practical experience using Generative AI tools (e.g., Google Gemini) to synthesize notes and accelerate documentation.
• Exceptional organizational skills with a strong focus on process compliance and documentation completeness.
• Assertive, professional style capable of enforcing process gates and deadlines with Project Managers and senior peers.
• Growth Mindset: Eager to build expertise in Organizational Behavior, Change Management, and project delivery frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Release Governance & Deployment Readiness: Audit upcoming releases, verify prerequisites, UAT sign-offs, SOPs.
• Intake & Portfolio Compliance: Enforce project intake framework and ensure proposals meet baselines.
• Business Analysis & QA Support: Map workflows, draft functional requirements, prepare test scripts, support QA.
• Change Management & Adoption: Partner with leadership on stakeholder impact assessments, comms plans, and training strategies.
