Job summary

Midmark Corporation seeks an Associate Project Coordinator to support small project orders and delivery services. You will help create project documentation, manage inboxes, and assist with order processing while learning Midmark’s products and processes.

This role collaborates with trades and internal partners to coordinate delivery and customer support, developing foundational project coordination skills under experienced team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Basic communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Creates and maintains project folders and related documentation.
• Manages departmental email inboxes and project-related folders.
• Obtains freight quotes in support of project orders.
• Enter and processes small project orders in applicable systems.
• Processes MDS Essential orders as assigned.
• Provides administrative support to Project Coordinators and project teams.
• Provides phone coverage for departmental call centers.
• Communicates product information via email, phone, and virtual.
