Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for an onsite role in Abilene, TX. The position offers a salary range of $65K–$90K DOE, plus per diem and a car allowance.

You will work with the onsite PM team, manage the project controls framework, and own schedule, reporting, and issue tracking using Procore across engineering, procurement, construction, and field teams. This is a fast-moving commercial construction environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years construction experience (engineer, APM, project coordinator, estimator, etc)
• 2+ years Procore experience
• Comfortable reading contracts/scopes and owning schedule, reporting, and issue tracking

Responsibilities

• Work directly alongside the onsite PM team, reporting to Senior Project Controls Leader
• Build and maintain the project controls framework, schedule baselines, and performance reporting (weekly, monthly, KPI, dashboards, etc.)
• Own daily issue tracking and maintain a daily field issue log through resolution
• Coordinate inputs across engineering, procurement, construction, commercial, finance, and field teams
• Spot trends, risks, and inconsistencies before they become real problems
• Deliver independent analysis to the PM — not just pass-through reporting

$65K–$90K DOE + $175/day per diem (yes, even local candidates!) + $1,200/mo car allowance

2+ years construction experience (engineer, APM, project coordinator, estimator, etc)

2+ years Procore experience
