Job summary

Talent Edge Recruiting is seeking a Project Controls professional to support large-scale power and energy construction projects, collaborating with Project Managers and Superintendents to drive reporting, scheduling, issues, and overall project success. This role offers a base salary of $60K-$105K+ depending on experience, plus a $1,200/month vehicle allowance, medical benefits, and 401(k).

It is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Project Controls, Project Engineering, Project Coordination, APM, or related experience in Oil & Gas, Power & Energy, Heavy Civil, Industrial Construction, EPC, Manufacturing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Coachable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
• Excellent communication and follow-up skills.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify issues before they become problems.
• Procore experience is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Track project progress, schedules, and key milestones.
• Maintain project reporting, dashboards, and documentation.
• Manage issue logs, action items, and reporting deliverables.
• Identify risks, trends, and potential project impacts.
• Partner with field teams, PMs, and stakeholders to ensure accurate project visibility.
• Support project controls and performance tracking across active construction projects.
