Project Coordinator and Wrike Administrator

Please note, this is a remote position but requires PST time zone availability.

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator and Wrike Administrator to join their Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their project management and workflow processes, integrating these into an existing system architecture and broader workflow. Strong consultation and collaboration skills on business requirements are essential. The role also involves developing comprehensive reporting and dashboards for organizational use.

Key responsibilities include building and maintaining Wrike architecture, developing dashboards, training users on system use and best practices, managing complex request queues, user management, and providing ongoing system support and maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Align Wrike support with the goals of the Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising organization.
  • Utilize expertise in business processes and project management to identify and solve business issues.
  • Manage stakeholder priorities to focus on end goals.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement integrated solutions.
  • Stay informed on Wrike product updates and prepare users for new features.
  • Participate in governance meetings, advocating best practices from operational and system perspectives.

Skills

  • Proficiency in creating data visualizations for executive leadership.
  • Ability to understand and map complex business processes into workflows.
  • Deep knowledge of Wrike API for platform integrations.
  • Experience in building organizational data repositories for campaign tracking and capacity planning.
  • Strategic framework development skills.
  • Flexibility in working within agile and waterfall environments.
  • Ability to design, implement, and train on operational procedures.

Experience

  • Minimum 5 years in roles such as Enterprise System Administrator, Solution Architect, or Project Manager.
  • At least 5 years managing enterprise project management tools like Wrike, JIRA, or similar.
  • Experience working in marketing or IT environments, preferably in agencies.
  • Deep understanding of Wrike functionalities, including filters, views, and groupings.
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, prioritize, and execute complex projects.
  • Experience in developing workflow documentation and process diagrams.
  • Strong attention to detail, results-driven, excellent organizational and communication skills, adaptable, and resilient in fast-paced settings.

The target hourly compensation range is $45.00 – $52.83, based on education, experience, certifications, and location.
