Job summary

Bravas in Malibu, CA, leads luxury residential technology projects from concept to completion, coordinating between trades, clients, and internal teams to deliver with precision and Bravas quality. This role emphasizes design and technology integration, ensuring projects align with the six core values: collaborative, accountable, proactive, curious, passionate, and creative.

Responsibilities include managing all phases, serving as the main client contact, and ensuring schedules and budgets stay

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in AV, construction, or smarthome industries.
• Solid understanding of residential construction and trade coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-first mindset.
• Calm, solution-oriented approach when facing challenges.
• Experience with project management or job costing software.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all phases of residential smarthome projects from kickoff to closeout.
• Serves as the main point of contact for clients, builders, and designers to ensure everyone is aligned.
• Coordinates closely with sales, design, installation, and programming teams to keep progress smooth and efficient.
• Monitors progress, anticipates challenges, and takes proactive steps to stay on schedule and budget.
• Maintains Bravas standards for system design, installation, and client satisfaction.
• Reviews project outcomes, identifies process improvements, and shares lessons learned with the team.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
