AVL Manufacturing USA is seeking a Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in executing projects at our Charlotte facility. You will track progress, gather resources, create reports, and present findings to the executive team.
The role requires collaboration across PMO, engineering, and operations, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and ERP systems. You will help maintain schedules, update BOMs, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

The Project Coordinator's main function will be to collaborate and assist Project Managers to execute projects. Also, PCs could be assigned to lead less complicated projects and should be able to track/monitor a projects' progress, gather necessary resources, create reports, and present findings to the executive team on a regular basis.
