Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Lead lead hands and shop floor staff to ensure production follows the schedule and quality standards.
  • Communicate across shifts and provide daily progress reports to management.
  • Coordinate with Drawing Release to maintain up-to-date electrical drawings.
  • Maintain a safe, organized shop environment and enforce AVL QA standards.
  • Oversee attendance and support hiring, promotions, and terminations as needed.
  • Provide on-floor technical troubleshooting for electrical production issues.

About the Role

The Electrical Supervisor is responsible for leading, organizing, and supervising lead hands and shop floor employees while ensuring production follows schedule, quality, and safety standards. This role requires effective communication between shifts, daily progress reporting, and proactive problem-solving to prevent delays. Additionally, the Electrical Supervisor works closely with the Drawing Release team to ensure accuracy in electrical schematics and assists with maintaining an organized and safe shop environme
