Job description

Support Arrowhead Programs Project Management Office (PMO) with project portfolio administration, coordination of new requests, maintaining team resources, supporting PMO best practices, and coordinating enterprise resource groups. Provide project management support using standard tools and skills, both in coordination with project managers and individually on small or maintenance projects.

Perform other necessary functional project duties.

DAILY TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Include the following:

  • Coordinate and support project portfolio administration and reporting
  • Monitor project intake queue and support initial research to document business cases
  • Support creation and maintenance of team resources
  • Assist onboarding of future PMO team members
  • Coordinate enterprise resource groups supporting project management resources
  • Manage time-tracking for projects, ensuring compliance with team guidelines
  • Provide project coordination for maintenance projects or to support project managers in removing blockers
  • Coordinate system demos and workflow walkthroughs to aid business decision-making
  • Engage in relationship management during project activities with internal and external teammates to achieve objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS

  • Preferred
    • Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) Certification
    • Experience with project management tools and concepts

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Required:
    • High School diploma or 2-3 years of experience/training
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
  • Preferred:
    • Experience in the insurance industry or related fields
    • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

Pay Range

$28.00 - $35.00 Hourly

The pay range is provided in good faith, based on experience, geography, and budget considerations.
