TEKsystems is seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a hybrid contract role based in Tulsa, OK. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, CS, Math, or Business Admin preferred; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience with agile/scrum methodology is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program.
  • Monitor milestones and deliverables, escalate schedule/resource/dependency concerns.
  • Coordinate integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing, and deployment readiness.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, capture minutes, and track action items through completion.
  • Escalate issues and ideas to leadership with clarity and timeliness.

Job description

Description

We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating integrations from a legacy integration platform to a modern integration platform. This position will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and a cross-functional project team to coordinate project activities, facilitate communication, track progress, manage documentation, and help ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside technical and business stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise integration technologies, agile project management best practices, and a large-scale IT initiative.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with the Senior Project Manager to support planning, execution, and delivery of a complex integration modernization program.
  • Monitor project milestones and deliverables, escalating potential schedule, resource, or dependency concerns as needed.
  • Support coordination of integration inventory assessments, migration planning, testing activities, deployment readiness, and post-implementation support.
  • Coordinate activities across multiple project teams, vendors, technical resources, and business stakeholders.
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings, workshops, status reviews, and project governance sessions.
  • Prepare agendas, capture meeting minutes, document decisions, and track action items through completion.
  • Escalate project issues and ideas to direct leadership with clarity, timeliness and professionalism.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
