TEKsystems is seeking an IT Project Coordinator for a hybrid contract role based in Tulsa, OK. You will support planning, execution, and delivery of a large-scale integration modernization project, coordinating across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders while maintaining project documentation and communications.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment working with technical and business stakeholders.
We are seeking an IT Project Coordinator to support a large-scale enterprise initiative focused on migrating integrations from a legacy integration platform to a modern integration platform. This position will work closely with the Senior Project Manager and a cross-functional project team to coordinate project activities, facilitate communication, track progress, manage documentation, and help ensure project deliverables are completed on schedule.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment alongside technical and business stakeholders. This role offers an opportunity to gain exposure to enterprise integration technologies, agile project management best practices, and a large-scale IT initiative.

Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business Administration or related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education and additional work experience. (Typically, one and a half to two years of relevant experience is equivalent to one year of formal education.)
Intermediate Level
This is a Contract position based out of Tulsa, OK.
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
