We're looking for people who see challenges as opportunities, thrive in dynamic environments, and want to help shape the future of mobility. At Powerdot, you'll get freedom, ownership, and responsibility - along with the opportunity to work on projects that directly contribute to the development of electric mobility.

About this Role

As our EV Charging Project Coordinator, you'll support the delivery of charging station connection and construction projects from planning through execution. You'll coordinate documentation, monitor financial topics, verify connection agreements, define work schedules, and support the smooth progression of each investment.

Your mission is to ensure that charging station projects move forward in a structured, controlled, and efficient way - keeping documentation accurate, financial matters under control, stakeholders aligned, and project risks identified early. By coordinating the investment process effectively, you'll help Powerdot deliver reliable charging infrastructure that is ready to serve drivers and support our partners' businesses.

How You'll Shape Our Story:
  • Coordinating charging station connection projects - supporting the delivery of projects from the initial connection stage through to the construction and installation of EV charging infrastructure.
  • Managing project documentation - coordinating the flow of technical, administrative, legal, and financial documentation between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Supervising documentation progress - ensuring that required documents are complete, correctly prepared, submitted on time, and properly stored.
  • Controlling project financial matters - monitoring costs related to the construction of charging stations and supporting financial control throughout the investment process.
  • Verifying connection agreements - reviewing agreements carefully to ensure that their form and content are accurate, complete, and aligned with project requirements.
  • Managing the investment process - coordinating the key activities and stakeholders involved in the construction and connection of charging stations.
  • Defining project schedules - establishing timelines for works related to the installation of charging stations and following up on progress against agreed milestones.
  • Coordinating with external stakeholders - supporting cooperation with Distribution System Operators, Local Government Units, contractors, suppliers, and other project partners.
  • Monitoring project progress - identifying delays, dependencies, and blockers early and ensuring that the right actions are taken to keep projects moving.
  • Managing project risks - identifying potential risks related to documentation, approvals, costs, timelines, and delivery, and supporting the implementation of mitigation actions.
  • Supporting cross-functional collaboration - working with internal teams to ensure that project information is clear, accurate, and available when decisions need to be made.
  • Maintaining reliable project records - keeping project trackers and documentation up to date so that stakeholders have a clear view of status, next steps, and outstanding risks.
This Is About You, Not Us :
  • Basic knowledge of the energy and electromobility sectors - you understand the fundamentals of energy infrastructure, EV charging, or related industries and are motivated to deepen your knowledge.
  • Strong organisational skills - you can manage documentation, timelines, stakeholders, and multiple project activities in a structured way.
  • Ability to make decisions and work independently - you take ownership of your responsibilities, assess situations, and move work forward without constant supervision.
  • Professional English skills - you can communicate comfortably in English and collaborate effectively within an international team.
  • A proactive attitude - you identify what needs to be done, anticipate potential issues, and take action before problems escalates.
  • Reliability and attention to detail - you understand that accurate agreements, complete documentation, and precise financial information are essential to project success.
  • Strong follow-up skills - you consistently track open actions, deadlines, approvals, and dependencies until they are resolved.
  • Financial awareness - you are comfortable monitoring project costs and understand the importance of keeping investments aligned with approved budgets.
  • Risk awareness - you can identify potential issues that may affect project timelines, costs, approvals, or delivery.
  • Experience working with Distribution System Operators or Local Government Units is an advantage.
  • An ownership mindset - you take responsibility for outcomes, communicate openly about challenges, and work actively to find practical solutions.
The Kind of Energy We're Looking For:
  • We're not into titles, egos, or corporate buzzwords. We're into people who make things happen.
  • You lead and listen. You communicate clearly, coordinate effectively, and make sure the right people have the information they need.
  • You own your stuff. You don't wait for problems to solve themselves: you follow up, elevate when necessary, and stay involved until the job is done.
  • You bring structure to complexity. You can organise multiple documents, stakeholders, deadlines, and project requirements without losing sight of the bigger picture.
  • You are dependable. People can trust you to keep commitments, maintain accurate information, and raise concerns early.
  • You balance detail with momentum. You care about accuracy, but you also know how to keep projects moving forward.
  • You’ve got a green heartbeat. Sustainability isn't just cool, it's core. You want your work to contribute to a cleaner and more accessible mobility system.
  • You grow on purpose. You're eager to learn, develop your project management skills, and build expertise in the energy and EV charging sectors.
