Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the development and commercialization of food and beverage products. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, and keep documentation moving.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of project coordination experience, a bachelor’s degree (preferred), and familiarity with SharePoint or Smartsheet. Wisconsin-based role with growth opportunities and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination experience required.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Food & beverage or manufacturing exposure is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updates.
• Manage low-complexity commercialization projects.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers in SharePoint and Smartsheet.
• Identify risks and raise issues as needed.
• Prepare reports and presentations for leadership.
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.

This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track project milestones, maintain documentation, and help keep commercialization projects moving forward.

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking
• Coordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updates

Requirements

• 2+ years of project coordination experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Food & beverage or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
