Job summary

Gehl Food & Beverage is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the development and commercialization of food and beverage products. This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, track milestones, maintain documentation, and help keep commercialization projects moving forward.

You will manage project planning and progress updates, coordinate meetings and timelines, and help prepare leadership reports.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of project coordination experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• Food & beverage or food manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Smartsheet, or similar project management tools.
• Strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, communications, timelines, and status updates.
• Manage low-complexity commercialization projects.
• Maintain project documentation and trackers in SharePoint and Smartsheet.
• Identify risks and identify issues as needed.
• Prepare reports & presentations for leadership.
• Support compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standard.
