Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Sales on project bookings and releases from COE or credit holds.
• Set up prevailing wage, CCIP/OCIP projects.
• Submit monthly CCIP/OCIP reporting.
• Ship and track material-only sale projects.
• Create and receive purchase orders for subcontractors and material vendors.
• Release material shipments per PM request.
• Process and track RMAs.
• Assist PMs with billing forms and invoice credits.
• Support Billing with invoicing questions.
• Attend weekly Work in Progress (WIP) meetings.
• Manage Accounts Payable disputes, issues, and PO-on-hold reviews.
• Coordinate delivery of close-out documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned
