Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, energetic, and strong Multi-Family Project Coordinator to join our growing team at a manufacturing and distribution company in Sanford, FL. American Builders Supply is Florida’s largest supplier of doors and trim to major Multi-Family Contractors across the state.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

  1. Review Blueprints
  2. Compile detailed take-offs for orders
  3. Manage Product Submittals
  4. Prepare SOV Schedule of Values
Qualifications/Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Outstanding organizational skills and ability to multitask
Education/Training/Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree – Preferred but not required
  • Industry knowledge – Preferred but not required
  • Proficiency with various software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Internet Explorer, PDF merging)
