The University of Utah is seeking a Project Coordinator to provide support to the project management function across disciplines such as construction, engineering, and operations. You will review proposals, ensure adherence to contract language, coordinate agreements, and track amendments.

Provide support to project management function, regardless of discipline (e.g., Construction, Engineering, Operations, Technical). Review project proposals, ensure projects adhere to contract language, coordinate agreements and contracts within internal and external partners, and issue and track project amendment documentation. Perform technical support including project scheduling and planning, earned value management, budget review/cost analysis, and change of scope impact analysis. Communicate any issues, problems, or additional information to project managers and project stakeholders and recommend solutions. Monitor and evaluate project timeline and activity and report on progress to project managers and leadership. Supports the development and implementation of program(s) and plays an important role in the day-to-day activities of projects. This position is partially funded by grants.

Six years related experience or equivalency (one year of education can be substituted for two years of related work experience). Demonstrated human relation and effective communication skills also required. Bachelor's degree in a related area is preferred.
