Siemens Smart Infrastructure is seeking a Project Coordinator to join the Sustainability (SU) team. This position supports the project implementation team on projects throughout the United States, generally the Northeastern states but actual assignments may vary. This is a remote position and requires minimal travel. This person will report to the SU Project Coordinator Supervisor and have no direct reports.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and attend sales to ops turnover meetings and record important project details.
  • Attend and participate in PACT workshops.
  • Create purchase requisitions for material, track shipments, and account for costs.
  • Create purchase requisitions for subcontracts and facilitate execution of subcontract agreements and associated documents.
  • Schedule and attend project MPC meetings.
  • Submit Amendments for Legal review and Change Orders for booking.
  • Track timesheet submittals for projects and ensure all timesheets are submitted before month-end.
  • Work with subcontractors for timely submission of monthly invoices for proper revenue recognition.
  • Process approved planned cost adjustments.
  • Close projects at completion of implementation, ensuring all committed costs are accounted for and project is 100% billed and paid.
  • Project document control throughout implementation phase and archiving project files at project closeout.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or state-recognized GED
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and understand contract documentation
  • Familiarity or experience with HVAC/Fire Alarm/Security systems preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and business software systems (e.g., SAP)
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English

  • The pay range for this position is $54,100 - $73,200. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
