Job Title: Project Coordinator Wrike Administrator
Type: 12-Month Contract
Location: Fully Remote - Need to work PST hours (open to anywhere in US)
Pay Range: $40 - $45 per hour on W2
Client is seeking an experienced Project Coordinator Wrike Administrator to join the Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising team to support our work and initiatives through our work management tool.
The ideal candidate will work with internal clients and stakeholders to understand their project management and workflow processes and can incorporate those into an existing system architecture and larger, integrated workflow. The ability to understand, consult and collaborate on business requirements will be critical to this role. Equally important is the ability to develop feature-rich reporting and dashboards for use across all levels of the organization.
Beyond the building of Wrike architecture and dashboard development, the candidate must have the ability to guide and train users, as individuals or groups, in how to use the system, best practices. Other administrative duties include the creation of complex request queues and best practices for user management. The candidate will also be responsible for ongoing system support and maintenance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Understand the direction of the Retail Engagement, Marketing, and Merchandising organization, its challenges, goals, and how Wrike can support those goals.
• Leverage expertise in business process and project management to understand, articulate, and address business issues, drivers, and needs.
• Understand and navigate stakeholder's different and competing priorities to objectively focus on an end goal.
• Closely coordinate with Cross-functional Producers, Program/Project Managers in implementing integrated solutions.
• Stay updated on the direction of the Wrike product roadmap and prepare users for upcoming enhancements and new releases.
• Participate in governance meetings and represent best practices both from an operations perspective and system perspective.
SKILLS
• Ability to create feature-rich data visualizations that inform executive level leadership of work efficiency and capacity utilization.
• Ability to understand complex business processes and organizational strategies and map those into standardized workflows.
• Possesses a deep understanding of the Wrike API and how it can be used to create integrations with other platforms.
• Lead the process of building out an organizational-wide data bank for tracking all level of campaigns, including media spend, capacity planning, team health, etc.
• Must have a background in developing a strategic framework
• Experience in both agile and waterfall environments and can adapt quickly to change; deal with ambiguity
Must have the ability to design, build, and train on operational procedures
EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of professional experience as an Enterprise System Administrator, Configuration Manager, Solution Architect, Project Manager, or Consultant.
• 5+ years of direct, hands on experience owning the management of enterprise project management software, such as Wrike or Workfront, JIRA, or other project management tools.
• 5+ years experience working in an agency or other marketing or IT environment.
• Working knowledge of Wrike solutions as a customer, partner, or employee.
• A deep understanding of calculated filters, views, and groupings.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing projects of varying complexity and delivering them within specified constraints.
• Development of process diagrams and workflow documentation.
