PROJECT / PLANNING COORDINATOR (remote from NYC and surrounding areas)

ARC Group is seeking a Project Coordinator for a direct client. This is a remote position but requires residence in NY or surrounding areas. The Crew / Logistics Coordinator will collaborate with one of the largest global shipping companies involved in the Empire Wind project. If you are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about ensuring seamless operations, join our client’s team and contribute to the efficient staffing of vessels with qualified crew members, impacting the maritime industry.

Project / Planning Coordinator Duties

• Manage crew hiring, travel, and logistics in coordination with the crewing department
• Procure and manage local hotels, shuttles, and catering for crew members
• Procure and oversee local services as required by the client
• Coordinate with crew vessels and tugs under the direction of Marine Ops Manager

Project / Planning Coordinator Requirements

• Work 12-hour days, sometimes 7 days a week during travel periods, with a rotating schedule as needed
• Remote position with occasional travel to onshore sites and hotels during key events
• Minimum of 3 years administrative experience
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Experience with marine crewing operations is a plus but not mandatory
• Strong communication, problem-solving, process improvement, and project management skills
• Willingness to travel and be on-call for emergency crew requests
