Qualifications

• 3-7 years of project, deployment, implementation, or operations coordination experience.
• Strong organization, communication, documentation, and follow-through skills.
• Comfortable coordinating with site contacts, vendors, and internal stakeholders without direct authority.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, especially Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to manage multiple parallel activities in a fast-paced deployment environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate site readiness, access requirements, scheduling, and installation logistics with center/site contacts and vendors.
• Maintain deployment schedules, trackers, milestone updates, meeting notes, and action item logs.
• Support project meetings, status reviews, and weekly reporting by gathering updates and tracking open items.
• Monitor risks, dependencies, schedule conflicts, and blockers; escalate as needed.
• Coordinate cross-functional follow-up with IT, Facilities, Physical Security, Operations, and vendor partners.

We have 5 positions for a "Project Coordinator" in Newton, MA (Hybrid). They need candidates who are strong with Deployment / Project Coordination, Multi-site & Vendor Coordination, Excel / Microsoft 365, Cross-functional Communication, Risk / Issue / Dependency Tracking

Location: Newton, MA (2-3 Days Hybrid)

Duration: 12 to 18+ months

Position Summary
