As a Project Coordinator within the project management team, you will support planning, organization, and execution of project initiatives. You will partner with the project manager to ensure that project activities are on track, deliverables are met, and documentation is properly maintained. You will facilitate communication among team members, schedule meetings, and produce summaries to track project progress. This contract role involves managing various project documents such as budgets, purchase orders, and contracts. You will contribute to the successful completion of projects by providing administrative support and ensuring seamless coordination across teams.
