Job summary

Affiliated Engineers, Inc. in Madison seeks a Project Coordinator to help deliver energy-efficient building solutions. You will coordinate with client teams and internal specialists on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

You’ll work in a collaborative environment with mentorship, professional development, and exposure to multi-disciplinary projects across healthcare, science, technology, energy and education sectors.

Qualifications

  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-year experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General understanding of project management preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support project activities on small-scale projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and client project teams.
  • Ensure compliance with AEI policies and standards.
  • Contribute to timely, high-quality and efficient project execution.

In this role, you will be responsible for activities that contribute to timely, high quality and efficient project execution on projects of limited size, scope, and complexity. You will work closely with internal and external (client) project team members to carry out coordination and support duties, in accordance with AEI policies and standards.

Expertise Of Our Most Successful Project Coordinator
  • Associates degree in related field or equivalent experience required. Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • 1-year experience in a professional office environment. Previous experience working in the professional services industry is ideal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • General understanding of project management preferred.
