• Experience coordinating projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management software is preferred.
• Google Suite experience or similar is a plus.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with general tasks.
• Send finish samples to factories and customers.
• Organize and process fabric shipments via small package carriers and freight.
• Assist with project photo reports.
• Develop and maintain project detail spreadsheets.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Some examples of work this role is involved in:
  • Assisting Project Managers with general tasks
  • Sending finish samples to factories and customers
  • Organizing and processing fabric shipments via small package carriers and freight
  • Assisting with project photo reports.
  • Developing and maintaining project detail spreadsheets
• This role requires the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• High sense of urgency, customer focus, and thoroughness in all work assignments required to meet client deadlines and expectations
