The Project Coordinator is responsible for coordinating projects to ensure the successful execution of all tasks. This role provides project document management support to cross-functional teams by assisting in the administration, archiving, and tracking of essential project documents. The Project Coordinator will collaborate closely with program managers across departments to support all aspects of project planning and management. 100% Remote - Must reside in GA, FL, AL, or MS
Essential Position Functions:
- Establish, maintain, and report on operating data related to department or function, including revenue, cost, or productivity data.
- Support project managers in completing tasks related to project document management to meet departmental and project goals.
- Maintain project milestones, update work breakdown structures, and ensure deliverables are on schedule.
- Track follow-up tasks to keep project timelines on schedule.
- Collect, summarize, and communicate data for ongoing programs, ensuring timely submission of required data.
- Communicate project planning, timelines, progress, and issues to management leaders.
- Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures.
- Manage scope changes through client and internal change orders.
- Ensure all project documents are properly captured, categorized, and organized.
- Generate and analyze weekly reports and develop new reports as needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- At least 2 years of project coordinating experience required; 5+ years as a Senior Administrative Assistant may substitute.
- At least 1 year of drafting/design experience preferred.
- Experience with major MSOs or Telecom Operators is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and Adobe products required.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to pass a drug screening and criminal background check.

- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Effective communication with colleagues and management.
Work Environment:
- Standard office environment with possible field work and variable noise levels.
- Work independently and collaboratively.
