Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Project Coordinator to join the Electrical Wiring Systems (EWS) - Pass & Seymour Team in Atlanta, GA (Remote). This role involves providing project proposals to support the residential sales force.

What Will You Do?

• Support field sales, showroom customers, and specifiers by translating electrical drawings into comprehensive project proposals, including bills-of-material, product glamour shots, color-coded takeoffs, etc.
• Deliver proposals to sales reps or customers in electronic or hard copy formats.
• Determine appropriate product fit based on functional requirements, lighting schedules, and customer budgets.
• Establish strong relationships with Legrand/Pass & Seymour ALA manufacturers’ representatives.
• Perform all other duties as required or requested.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in electrical contracting/estimating or equivalent. Project sales or marketing communications experience is a plus.
• Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
• Ability to read and understand construction blueprints, electrical takeoffs, and specifications. Knowledge of lighting installation is helpful.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to organize information clearly.
• Ability to work with diverse audiences including tech support, sales reps, specifiers, and installers.
• Proven collaboration skills across multiple brands and teams.
• Ability to anticipate technical questions and provide suitable product solutions.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheets, databases, presentation software, and internet research.
• Understanding of CRM and sales tracking systems.
• Skills in Adobe X Suite (Photoshop, Acrobat) and Onscreen Takeoff are a plus.
